About The Author
A voracious reader, amateur actor, debater and blogger, 18-year-old Kartiki Bhatnagar is much more than a mere jack of all trades. She is residing in New Delhi, India and is currently studying Psychology in University of Waterloo, Canada for her graduate studies. Started writing when she was 7 years old, and featured in national magazines like Children’s World just when she was 9, it was then she realized that she had a crazy obsession of penning down her thoughts.
Since then she has come a long way from being a chirpy kid to a self-taught young woman. She has had wonderful learning experiences working with entrepreneurs, having contributed towards content writing, events and social media management with start-ups like The Climber, Rural Odyssey, Breakthrough, Bookaroo and Chaipaani. Yet, her appetite for new learnings remains unquenched.
Neither does her bucket list end, nor her flow of words when she writes. She likes to dabble in every creative art known to man, be it poetry, drama, film making, photography or even singing (which she does not really ace at). She was born in the year 2000 and considers herself extremely special for being born just when the world was going to tip into the next century. Her persona is a juxtaposition of that of a cheery teenager and an ambitious, young woman with fire in her eyes. Crazy about Freud and all things melodramatic, she specializes in being feisty; sass is believed to be her soul mate.
Clad with her pen and meticulously honed thinking skills, this lover of words is sure to make a few dents in this world.
